  3. For Private Limited Company or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP):

    • PAN card of the company/LLP
    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Memorandum of Association (MOA) or LLP Agreement
    • Aadhaar card of all directors or partners
    • Photograph of all directors or partners
    • Proof of registered office address (like a utility bill or rental agreement)
    • Bank account details (cancelled cheque or bank statement)
    • Board resolution authorizing a director to sign the GST application
  4. For Public Limited Company:

    • PAN card of the company
    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Memorandum of Association (MOA)
    • Articles of Association (AOA)
    • Aadhaar card of all directors
    • Photograph of all directors
    • Proof of registered office address (like a utility bill or rental agreement)
    • Bank account details (cancelled cheque or bank statement)
    • Board resolution authorizing a director to sign the GST application
  5. Additional Documents:

    • Business bank account statement or canceled cheque
    • Digital signature of the authorized signatory (required for companies)
    • Letter of Authorization for authorized signatory
    • GST declaration form
